By approaching projects thoughtfully from the beginning, we are able to create greater clarity around budgeting, scheduling, construction planning, and day-to-day coordination throughout the remodel. Our goal is to help homeowners feel informed, supported, and confident as the project moves forward.

Stages

Meeting
We schedule an in-person meeting to gather information, brainstorm, and share ideas.

Preliminary Proposal
We provide you with a design proposal that includes a target project budget, proposed timeline, materials selection, and service delivery plan.

Contract
Upon completion and approval of design, we provide a construction contract for signature and receive an initial deposit, which secures the project start date.

Begin Project
We start the project on a mutually agreed upon time and date.

Construction
We manage all aspects and phases of the project and are always available to answer questions that may arise.

Final Walk Through
When the project is finished, we conduct a final walk through with our clients to ensure satisfaction and completion.
Post Construction Availability & Services
We check in 2-3 weeks after completing construction and again a few months later.
- We are available for any concerns and keep meticulous files for future plans.
- Post construction, we maintain both electronic and paper documents of your project in our files. This documentation ishelpful for future work and when improvements are done in stages.
- From our initial meeting and throughout your entire project, we use project management software to organize all information, scheduling, personnel, materials, and changes needed to stay on budget and on time.
Budget, Time & Materials
We don’t like hidden costs or time delays, and we know you don’t either.
- To maintain an accurate understanding of the scope of work and necessary costs, you will be provided with a detailed and researched proposal for your project before we start.
- We will also help minimize unnecessary costs while maintaining excellent quality by assisting you with materials selection and discussing durability, sustainability, installation costs, and availability.
- Building a strong and productive relationship with you is important to us as we work on bringing your designs and ideas to your home now and in the future.
