HANDYMAN
   We offer competitively priced handyman services throughout the south san fransisco bay area. Handyman jobs are handled on a time and materials basis, with most jobs being completed within the two hour minimum. Wall patching, leaky sinks, running toilets, small paint jobs or changing a light fixture are all great examples of the services we offer. However, we don't want to limit ourselves to the usual jobs that may come up -if it has to do with your house, you can pretty much call us for anything.


FACELIFT
   Most homeowners don't realize the difference that can be made in your home with just a few small improvements. New doors, new trim, and new paint are some of the most common ways that you can dramatically update the appearance and feel of your home, and those kinds of things are only a fraction of the cost of a remodel. Therma-Tru's Nation Home Valuation Study done by an independant researcher, TNS, found that "an enhanced entryway can increase the perceived value of a home by as much as five times the cost of the door itself". Besides looking great for your family and impressing your friends, you can add some serious value to your home with just a few minor upgrades.


NEW HOME
   Recently bought a new house? Often times you just might not agree with the previous owner's taste. New paint, some new baseboard, maybe a little re-vamping of the backyard might make it feel a little more like home. It might also be a good idea to change any exterior locks, and make sure that all the doors and windows have propper weather seals. You might also want to put in some closet organizers, or child proof cabinets and electrical outlets. Whatever your new home needs are, we are here to help.


HOME GREENING
   "Going Green" may be the latest trend, but there are some real savings and benefits to be had. Simple things like replacing your old windows and doors, proper weatherization and installing CFL bulbs can go a long way. LED lighting, attic fans, and new energy efficient appliances also help to significantly lower your energy bill while reducing your Carbon Footprint. Low flow shower heads, faucet diffusers, and dual flush toilets are great ways to dramatically reduce your home's consumption of water, with very little to no cost in comfort. We strive to improve your space with as little impact to the environment as possible. We try to buy sustainably harvested lumber and use non toxic paint and adhesives whenever we can, and always try to reduce waste by recycling or reusing as much as possible.


RECLAIM YOUR SPACE
   You may be living in a house with too many walls. Taking one or two of them out of the equation may help you breathe a little easier and feel more comfortable in your space. It's amazing how much bigger and more open your home can feel with the removal of certain partition walls or wider walkthroughs from room to room. While your at it, put in bigger windows and let some sun in!  You may also be living in a house with a large attic that has vast potential for creating a space for living. Making your attic into another room can be a great way to expand the square footage of your home for a relatively low cost to that of an addition.  If your backyard hasn't really been the backyard of your dreams, let us help. We can haul away debris, put in a patio, build or remove a dividing fence, put up an arbor, or put in a bountiful organic garden.
